We’re proud to carry Beam Paints at both of our Toronto locations! Rooted in Indigenous traditions, Beam Paints is based out of M'Chigeeng First Nation on Manitoulin Island and is the result of a multi-generational love of pigment, paint, colour, and innovation. Lightfast pigments, tree sap, gum arabic, and Manitoulin honey are blended together to create handmade saturated colours that are stunning to paint with. Even better, instead of using plastic, they use slices of cedar and birch offcuts from an Indigenous sustainable lumber operation to package their handmade watercolour paints.
