Designed by HT Founder, Brandon, it is a phrase that acknowledges sadness as part of the happiness journey; a phrase that removes any shame associated with feeling the spectrum of emotions that make us human. • Proudly hand printed in Montreal, Quebec
• Handles made of heavy cotton webbing 1.25" wide handles stitched into top hem for maximum strength and durability
• Each handle measures 20" that won't drag the ground when holding in your hand, yet long enough to put over your shoulder
• Washing: wash machine cold, lay flat to dry or hang to dry to avoid shrinking and or wrinkling

We are happy to be offering a faster and cheaper shipping alternative to those that are within our local courier range. If you are, you will see Always OT Local Courier at checkout. AlwaysOT offers a next day service Monday-Friday. Their delivery window is between 4pm-10pm Monday - Friday.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there are any issues. We offer exchange or store credit for orders that have shipped within 14 days of receipt of order. No refunds. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


IN-STORE RETURN POLICY (applies to in-store pick ups)

We offer 30 days for exchange or store credit, no refunds. We require a receipt for any returns or exchanges.
